In the Form below, please submit each piece separately. Please read everything below before submitting. After you submit a piece, refresh the page and the item should appear in the area underneath the form (on mobile devices) or to the right (on desktop).

"Title". This is the name of your piece. Please try to keep it under 50 characters.

"Dimensions". This is the size of your piece; 12x12, 40x50, 10x15x17, etc. WxH (or WxHxD if your piece is a 3-Dimensional artwork).

"Medium". This should be something like 'Oil on Canvas', 'Charcoal on Paper', "Watercolor on paper", etc.

"Quantity". This is almost always going to be "1". IF you have been approved for prints, then it may be more. If you have not been approved for prints, please contact Scott Debus. Any print submissions that have not been approved will be removed.
